How long does the initial setup take? expand_more
The setup requires less than 10 minutes of your time. You just need to register an Enterprise application in your Microsoft 365 tenant and approve the permissions. The first full backup is performed automatically within the next 24 hours.
Can I restore a specific email or file? expand_more
Yes, we offer granular restore. You can recover an individual email, a specific OneDrive file, a calendar item, or even a Teams chat. You don't need to restore the entire mailbox or folder — just what you need.
What happens if I cancel the service? expand_more
Upon cancellation, we retain your data for an additional 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, we proceed with secure deletion of your independent repository. If you need a data destruction certificate for regulatory compliance, we can arrange it through a certified external entity (additional cost may apply).
Do you need admin access to my tenant? expand_more
No. We use Microsoft Enterprise applications with read-only permissions. We never need your username or password. Your tenant administrator approves the permissions once, and the connection is secured via OAuth 2.0.
Where are my backups stored? expand_more
All backups are stored in our datacenter in Madrid (Data4), ensuring data sovereignty within Spanish territory. Each client has an independent repository with AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit.
What happens if Microsoft suffers an outage? expand_more
Your backups are on a completely independent infrastructure from Microsoft. If Microsoft 365 goes down, your data remains accessible from our portal. You can export emails, files and contacts even when Microsoft is unavailable.
