Scheduled Maintenance
Planned maintenance windows. Provider interventions and recurring platform maintenance.
Our transit provider Cogent Communications has notified a maintenance intervention on their network in Madrid. During this window, some services may experience increased latency or brief connectivity interruptions. Traffic will be automatically rerouted through alternative providers when possible.
Recurring maintenance — Veeam Platform
Every first Saturday of the month, a preventive maintenance window is performed on the Veeam platform (Cloud Connect, Microsoft 365 and DRaaS). During this period, backup and replication jobs may be temporarily interrupted. Email notification will be sent at least 72 hours in advance.
