1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyDataHost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

EasyDataHost provides cloud infrastructure services including:

storage Object Storage (S3-compatible)
apartment Data Center Colocation
backup Backup Services with Veeam
restore Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS)

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account.

check_circle Confidentiality of your credentials
check_circle Responsibility for all activity on your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

block Illegal activities or content

block Distribution of malware, spam or phishing

block Intellectual property rights infringement

block Unauthorized access to other systems

block Cryptocurrency mining without prior approval

block Activities that violate applicable laws

5. Payment Terms

check_circle Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
check_circle All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
check_circle Late payments may result in service suspension.
check_circle We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice.
check_circle Taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the client.

6. Service Level Agreement

Our SLA commitments are detailed in a separate Service Level Agreement document. Credits for service interruptions are provided as specified in the SLA.

7. Data and Backups

arrow_right We provide backup services as an additional paid service.
arrow_right Upon termination, data may be deleted after 30 days.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your data and content. We retain all rights to our platform, software and services. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data as necessary to provide the services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyDataHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the services with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate the services immediately for violation of these terms or for non-payment.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
